The REAL reason you’re “blocked up” – and how to FIX it
The pipes are plugged – and I don’t mean the ones in the bathroom…
It’s the set of pipes you bring to the bathroom. Only once you’re there, well… you know what you’re in for.
Stomach pain. Cramps. Frustration. Then, adding insult to injury, maybe even a hemorrhoid.
I know no one likes to talk about constipation.
But if you’re suffering from this special form if misery, you’re hardly alone.
Millions of Americans have regular bathroom battles, including close to one in three seniors.
And today, I’m going to share with you a way to end that war for good so you NEVER have to deal with the pain and frustration ever again.
How to BEAT constipation
A new report claims to look at EVERY major possible treatment option for constipation to come up with the best of the best.
That sure sounds pretty impressive.
They examined some 36 studies done over more than two decades involving a combined total of more than 17,000 patients spread out over several nations.
The result? Diphenyl methane stimulant laxatives work best… supposedly.
But don’t rush out and ask your doc for one of these drugs just yet.
There are three HUGE problems with the study.
First, nearly every drug tested – even the “best” – didn’t work a heck of a lot better than a placebo.
Second, they didn’t include basic fiber supplements such as psyllium. These are not always the best option, mind you, but they’re a good baseline for comparing drugs to – and any med that can’t beat psyllium isn’t worth considering.
And third, they didn’t test any other natural option, either.
Then again, maybe there’s a reason for it.
They’re TERRIFIED they’d have to admit natural therapies work better than meds!
The BEST option of all for most people is a high-quality blend of full-spectrum probiotics…
These not only help increase the number of times you “go,” but they also make it all pass easier, too
If you can’t get relief from these natural options, don’t turn immediately to drugs—because drugs could be the cause of your problem in the first place!
See, many common meds cause constipation as a side effect, including blood pressure drugs, antidepressants, painkillers and an entire class of medication called anticholinergics.
But here’s the thing about those drugs: Most of them are completely unnecessary.
Speak with a holistic medical doctor about ways to replace these meds with natural therapies to ease constipation and cut the risk of other side effects, too.
