The mealtime SECRET to wiping out toxins
My ancestral family is from Scotland, and I could give you so many reasons to visit, they’d probably give me a side gig working for their tourism board.
Scots love fresh air… and fresher food.
A standard full Scottish breakfast has a regular sausage, a blood sausage, some bacon (which is more like what we call country ham), an egg, some baked beans and a broiled tomato.
Just thinking about it makes me want to plan my next trip back!
But the most important part of that meal isn’t the sausage, the beans or even that tomato.
It’s that it’s an honest-to-goodness home-cooked meal.
No microwave trays or freezer bags… and you’re certainly not gonna get it from a drive-thru window.
And THAT, my friend, is the key to avoiding those food chemicals—especially a dangerous class of toxins called PFAS that leech from food packages into the food itself.
Scientists refer to them as “forever chemicals” because they break down so slowly that they may as well be in your body forever.
But not if they can’t get in or build up – and that’s where those home-cooked meals come into the picture.
