Well, guys, it’s time to find a new way to spend the quarantine period and look for something without so much sitting and eating.
Because new research reveals those extra pounds could have an effect on your body that you might not expect.
It won’t just make it harder to fit into your pants when you eventually get to head back out.
Guys who weigh too much… or have too much around the middle… have a higher risk of one very specific form of the disease.
They have a higher risk of advanced prostate cancer.
Specifically, the study finds a higher BMI – basically, more weight overall – can lead to the disease.
Similarly, having a bigger waistline — more specifically around the middle – can also increase the odds you’ll face this devastating form of cancer… one that grows so quickly, that by the time it’s found there’s little they can do about it.
Fortunately, the new study also suggests something else: Dropping that weight could REVERSE that risk!
So if you’ve been putting it off, consider this your wake-up call to get cooking on a plan.
